We’ve been working with Dennis and the team at Race Timing Solutions for nearly 15 years now can’t imagine delivering the event without them. He and the whole team are just great. Nothing is too much trouble and they are ‘on it’ with everything related to timing and queries from participants etc. It’s amazing the results we get particularly when you consider that our runners are doing an obstacle race so they are going through lots of mud, fire, ice, water and many other things (it’s not just a standard road event) and somehow The Race Timing Solutions systems seems to work very well every year. I would massively recommend working with Dennis and the team and happy to chat to anyone thinking of using them if required.

1. Pre Event - Choose your chip timing service level

We offer a range of chip timing services from as little as £275 + VAT, up to a full service level which can be completely customised to suit your event needs.

Once you have chosen a suitable level of chip timing service for your event needs, we will create a custom result page for you and upload and manage your participant data. We will ensure all equipment you require is on site, set up and ready to welcome everyone.

We offer a unique service with the option to deliver the highest professional training courses to you or your team, so you can time your own events with full confidence, whilst knowing we have your back with all your event needs!

2. Event Day - Ensuring a smooth operation for you and a preimum event for you customers

RTS only delivers premium events. If you don’t believe us, believe our reviews. This is because RTS only delivers the highest quality services and ensures all our clients expect nothing less.

This starts with the moment you contact us, and we will ensure you are prepared for every aspect of your event. Our team are industry leading with knowledge and experience to ensure our clients are fully supported in their event aspirations.

We will show you how to make any participant changes on the day, and monitor the event operation with our technology-leading app. As soon as you have your 1st finishers, we will post results live to the website and send SMS Results to every participant to ensure a premium level of service.

3. Post EVENT - How we can support with rentention and growth

We have a team to respond to every results inquiry within 24 hours, and can share an export of the Finished event with you so you don’t have to do anything.

We have an excellent social media and marketing team that can support your event to get further outreach and attention with great videography and photography.

All we ask is that you provide us with your honest feedback, as we value everyone’s thoughts, so we can only improve our service level and ensure your event gets better each time.
