When the sound system is part of a wider event package, your on-the-day timer will set it up, fully test it, and hand it over ready for your Race Director or MC, ensuring smooth commentary, announcements, and music throughout the event. For standalone hires, setup instructions will be provided.

Step 3 - Post Day

No matter the level of hire, your Account Manager will follow up to gather your feedback. This helps us continually improve our service and ensures your event is even better next time. Where applicable, your final invoice will be issued within five working days and, hopefully, you will be putting a hold in the diary for your next event!
