Operating Event Management services for over 15 years

We offer a range of event infrastructure, with some items available in limited stock. Delivery and setup are charged in addition to the unit price, and our knowledgeable staff quickly and safely set up all equipment, ensuring everything is in place to meet your event needs and that your event is presented professionally and runs smoothly.

  • If our timing service is booked, the timing manager can take up to 40 racks with them, with no additional delivery fee

Delivery Expectations

Step 1 - Booking and Hire

We have a limited number of star tents available for day hire. This option helps create a fully equipped event village with all the features and atmosphere your participants need. A minimum of 2 hours is required for setup to ensure the tents are ready for your participants.

An Account Manager will oversee your setup and gather all event details, whether this is a standalone hire or part of a wider event service. They will coordinate any extras, providing you with a single point of contact throughout. You will also receive your delivery driver’s details along with an emergency contact, giving reassurance in the lead-up to your event. We take clear instructions on how, when, where, and by what time the tents need to be set up to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide full setup details.

Step 2 - On-Site Setup and Support

An RTS representative will An RTS representative will meet you or a member of your team on-site to ensure barriers are set up as requested. Before leaving, unless remaining on-site for other equipment, the representative will confirm everything is positioned correctly.

Depending on the event, it may be more efficient for our staff to remain on-site rather than leaving and returning later for pack-up.

Step 3 - Post-Event Feedback and Support

We value feedback from race directors, team members, and participants as it helps us improve and maintain high standards. In addition, we provide post-event support for any inquiries or assistance you may need, ensuring a professional service from start to finish.

We have many bikes to hire to support as many as you need, which can be booked out for a day hire. This option comes with the addition of stickers if requested to order.

This option supports with event village having the full features and atmosphere needed for your participants. Additionally, it will support by providing the full event features needed. Once a booking has been confirmed, we will confirm details for the setup, which will require a minimum of a 2-hour setup to ensure this is ready for your participants.

We have two stages available for day hire. A professional PA system is also available, with a wireless microphone to support a band, commentator, prize-giving, crowd control, and more. LED lighting can be added upon request.

Step 3 - Post-Event Feedback and Support
